
In order to make a reservation you can use our new online registration form, contact us by phone, or send a registration form by email/postal. We require a $75 non-refundable deposit to hold a place for you on either a canoe trip or sea kayak trip. If you wish to book accommodations at Arowhon Pines Resort, we require a $150 deposit. The deposit is included within the overall cost of the trip. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or personal cheque. Unfortunately we cannot process your credit card on our online registration form. But we will contact you by telephone to ensure the security of your credit information.
After we receive your registration, we will contact you at your convenience. You will have several payment options. You may pay the non-refundable deposit first and opt to pay the remaining balance at a later date. Or, you may pay the full amount for the trip at the time of making the reservation. We will send you a registration package with a waiver, an assumption of risk, and a medical form that must be completed and returned to the head office prior to your trip's start date. We depend upon knowing how many people will be attending a trip in order to purchase supplies, permits, and food. If you must cancel your trip, you have up to three weeks prior to the trip's start date in order to receive a full refund minus the non-refundable deposit. The closer to the trip date you cancel, the higher the penalty fees incurred. Cancellation two weeks prior to the trip start date, you will receive a refund minus 30% of the trip cost. One week prior to the trip start date, minus 40% of the trip cost. If you have booked accommodations, you have up to 30 days prior to the trip date to cancel. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to your trip, you will receive a refund less the $150 deposit.
